Conducting Mobile Clinic at Shwegein Village, Dakkhinathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Territory Region

          MMCWA President Prof. Dr. San San Myint  Aung, Vice President(1) Prof. Dr. Mar Lar Win, Secretary Dr. Nwe Ni Ohn, Treasure Dr. Le Le Yi, Auditor Dr. Khin Win Thet, Central Executive Committee member Daw Than Than Sein; Pyithu Hluttaw, Women and Child Rights Committee Chairman Dr.  Khin Soe Soe Kyi and Secretary Dr. Kyi Moht Moht Lwin accompanied by focal person from Nay Pyi Taw Council Public Health Department, Chairman, Secretary and members of Nay Pyi Taw MCWA Supervisory Committee;  Ophthalmologist and group from Pyinmana 200 bedded hospital, Dentists from Nay Pyi Taw 1000 bedded hospital,  Medical officers from Myitta Sanyay Clinic(MMCWA) and IPPF Project, Executive Director Dr. May Chan Oo conducted the mobile clinic in Shwegein Inn village, Dakkhinathiri township, Nay Pyi Taw on 31st March, 2019.
          Firstly, MMCWA President Prof. Dr. San San Myint Aung delivered an opening speech. Then, MMCWA members provided medicines and nutritious foods to the elder persons; babies’ clothes, iodized salt, soaps, toothpastes and toothbrush to the pregnant women and Myitta Sanyay magazines for the village library.
Knowledge sharing sessions were carried out as follows; Diabetes and its complication by Dr. Kyaw Ko Ko, Human trafficking by Daw Thuzar Lwin, Police Officer from Ministry of Home Affairs, Antenatal care by Dr. Khin War War Hlaing and Adolescent Reproductive Health by Dr. May Chan Oo, Executive Director, IPPF Project.
          In this community based mobile clinic, the elder persons, pregnant women, youths, patients and the focal persons from that village attended. There are 19 pregnant women, 69 elder persons, 58 eye patients, 13 dental patients and 114 general patients, altogether 273 patients got medical care by mobile team.
