The HI-MNCH Project of Myanmar Maternal and Child Welfare Association conducted the MNCH & Data Training for Volunteers training in Myeik Township, Tanintharyi Region on January 30th and 31th, 2026.
At the opening ceremony, the President of MMCWA (Central), Professor Dr. San San Myint Aung, delivered an opening speech. The President, Vice President and Central Executive Committee Members of MMCWA, the President and members of Tanintharyi Region Maternal and Child Welfare Supervisory Committee, the President and members of Myeik District Maternal and Child Welfare Supervisory Committee, and members of Myeik Township Maternal and Child Welfare Association attended the opening ceremony.
Next, the MMCWA (Central) Secretary Dr. Nwe Ni Ohn and team conducted a training course, and 31 volunteer members from Myeik Township attended the training.
Then, the Myanmar Maternal and Child Care Association (Central) President and Vice President and Central Executive Committee Members, visited the township MCWA’ maternity home and Preschool in Myeik Township, and provided school uniforms and nutrition to the children in the myeik township MCWA’ preschool.
The MMCWA (Central) President inspected the conditions of the maternity home and preschool buildings and gave instructions to repair any damage or needs.
