Explanation of Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM) and practical demonstration voting

The Union Election Commission visited the Myanmar Maternal and Child Welfare Association to explain the Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM) and practical demonstration of voting in Nay Pyi Taw, Dekkhinathiri Township, Thukuma Road, MMCWA’s meeting hall on 12 July 2024.
This ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. San San Myint Aung, President of the Myanmar Maternal and Child Welfare Association, and the members of Central Executive Committee, U Aung Lwin Oo, a member of the Union Election Commission and U Nyi Nyi Lwin, Deputy Director General of the Union Election Commission Office and the Officials and Staff from the Association's Office attended.
Firstly, U Aung Lwin Oo, a member of the Union Election Commission, explained the objectives of using the Myanmar electronic voting machine (MEVM), and U Nyi Nyi Lwin, Deputy Director General of the Union Election Commission Office, explained how the voting machine was packaged and how to use it.
After that, the participants conducted a practical test of voting on the Myanmar electronic voting machine (MEVM).
